All four created by sock of indef-blocked user. For three of them the only member is the sock, who is now blocked. The Balochistan project has one member, so it should be assesed if it's a viable wikiproject, or if it should be up-merged into a bigger Pakistan wikiproject. (does it require a separate MfD?). Some discussion was held here.

• Delete all until there is real interest/membership to sustain the projects. Even then, it may be better for them to be task forces of WikiProject Pakistan rather than independent WikiProjects.
