Agenda
- Update on the NZ Wikipedian at Large project
- 125th anniversary of women's suffrage
- Follow-up from the workshop at Te Kāhui Hōrapa Taiao Conservation Communicators' hui.
- Add anything else: upcoming events, topics of concern etc
Items to be brought
(Please put your username next to the item if you're bringing it.)
- Camera for some nice group portraits: Giantflightlessbirds
- Name badges: can anyone bring some "Hi, I'm…" stickers? (User:Ambrosia10 onto it)
Report
- Giantflightlessbirds talked about the upcoming kauri dieback Wikiblitzes.
- We advised Brittany from leopardseals.org about Creative Commons licensing for photos, Flickr, and image copyright. She suggested improvements for the leopard seal article, and we talked about a possible NZ Pinnipeds edit-a-thon in the future.
- NIWA apparently has an all-rights-reserved policy for its photos: Giantflightlessbirds will visit them in Hamilton and discuss this.
- The National Archival and Library Institutions Ministerial Group is calling for public comments on increasing public access to digital collections, deadline August 19th. Several of us will be making submissions.

- Art and Feminism theatre 2015 – 8 August 2015
