Replaces photos in the "File:" space in articles, Wikidata, lists, tables, wherever photos appear. Photos are of classical European art and architecture.
Habitual behavior
Contributor of high-quality photos to Commons. Once he had contributed those photos, he worked to force them into every possible article, regardless of comparative quality or worthiness of other contributor material. Being globally-locked as a sockpuppet, continues to IP-hop and undo our efforts to remove his work from the projects. Due to the nonverbal media, he is a cross-wiki abuser, active on all languages and all projects, including and especially Wikidata, Greek, Italian, English, and Spanish wikis.
