- The wordmark is a fairly standard cursive script, and I don't think the addition of a colored background raises it above the TOO. schetm (talk) 02:44, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
- The issue is the "standard cursive" does not really hold when it's used for an image/workmark. There's still a uniqueness established for the Miami Dolphins with this lettering. It would be interesting if we can obtain a "Style Guidelines" for the Miami Dolphins on how the logo should be used. The guide would state the font style used for wordmark but I imagine the font used was created specifically for the lettering. – The Grid (talk) 15:38, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

- The Malaysian TOO doesn't matter unless we're considering moving it to Commons - if it's below TOO in the US and not there, we can keep it locally as PD. I think it probably is, though there's enough creativity in the placement of those pentagons to imply a football in the negative space that I'm hesitant about it. —Cryptic 01:27, 17 September 2020 (UTC)

- Comment: This is probably too complex per c:COM:TOO Australia, but it might be PD per c:COM:TOO United States. If that's the consensus, the file's licensing could be converted to {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} for local use on English Wikipedia. The text is obvious not eligible for copyright protection; so, that just leaves the sphere. It doesn't seem to have ay complex imagery of 3D effects, but bascially seems to be nothing more than a white circle with some red and gray "stripes" added to it. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:20, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

Besides, the Minor League Baseball infobox specifically has an entry for current cap logos.
