Jo-Jo Eumerus, they never gave me their username, and they said they would edit this DRV to include reasons why the page should be undeleted. I suppose I could have saved you the ping and waited until after they did that before notifying you (since it looks like this is going to be a non-starter). Sorry. User:Jax 0677/Candyland (musician) (talk||history|logs|links|watch) (article|XfD|restore)

All of the histories of Candyland (musician) should be merged, as WP:TNT was not agreed to at the first AFD. Though the new page is shorter, the old pages should be a part of the history. • Note: I closed the previous DRV. Merging the histories seems reasonable, but did you contact the admin who closed the AfD before coming here? • Overturn and restore old article's history. The speedy deletion rationale for User:Jax 0677/Candyland (musician) was "G6: "Housekeeping and routine (non-controversial) cleanup: article has been re-created in main article space". Since Jax 0677 contested the deletion of a page in Jax 0677's userspace, this is not a "non-controversial" speedy deletion. Once Jax 0677 wanted the page restored, it should have been restored immediately.

  The deleting admin wrote, "This was deleted per WP:TNT after an AfD and only restored temporarily to enable you to create an acceptable article. That has happened, so the AfD decision applies. Feel free to take it to DRV." However, that Jax 0677 used the old history "to enable you to create an acceptable article" indicates that the old history is needed for attribution purposes per Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia#Attribution is required for copyright. I also disagree that there was a consensus for a WP:TNT per my comments in the previous DRV at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2016 November 7#Candyland (musician).
