Unsure which of the two major recent editors introduced the copyright violation, but the first appears in the current diff, as well as the PDF appearing in Special:Diff/1269314350 but almost no other diff, somehow. Either way, substantial article content is potential copyright violation, and also maybe WP:CIRCULAR or WP:BACKWARDSCOPY?
