Nominator's rationale: This whole subcategory has major issues of failing WP:NONDEF. By listing things as "paramilitary" it seems to imply it cannot have a military or law enforcement use, which is obviously not true. While many of them are used by paramilitary forces, most are not solely defined by paramilitary use, and some not in the slightest. This appears to be some sort of "this one user found it useful" thing, which would best be used as a list page in userspace - but not a facing-all-users category. Nominator's rationale: Un-needed splitout; all other subcategories of Category:Aircraft by manufacturer do not distinguish between civil and military types (and indeed, many are both, which would lead to unneeded category duplication).
