Review of the references shows that only the first of them is possibly significant coverage in an independent source. The others are a press release, and two statements issued by the subject as spokesperson for the party, so that they are not independent.

Per this clause under Notability for politician and judges "Just being an elected local official, or an unelected candidate for political office, does not guarantee notability, although such people can still be notable if they meet the general notability guideline."
