Sports biographies must include at least one reference to a source providing significant coverage of the subject, excluding database sources. is what WP:SPORTBASIC states and I see no evidence that Thela meets this minimum requirement. Le Mauricien has a trivial mention of Thela, as does Le Défi and Le Mauricien 2 but trivial mentions are the exact opposite of significant coverage (see also WP:SIGCOV).
