Article about non-notable footballer, who may have played one season in the Algerian top division (plus two late substitute's appearances four seasons earlier), but there are no reliable online sources to verify this (only unreliable transfermarkt.com). Regardless, there is no significant coverage in online English or French-language sources, and essentially no coverage at all resulting in a comprehensive failure of WP:GNG. Also, to the extent we ultimately verify that he did play for RC Kouba during the 2008–09 season, it's pretty clear he didn't make an impression especially as Kouba finished dead last in an unusual season where they were the 17th club admitted to the division.
