Non-notable writer; none of the published works appear notable either. Only cited ref is a blog, for an award (neither the award nor the organizations have their own articles). Some associations with notable organizations, but not enough to warrant her own article. HalJor (talk) 01:43, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- Delete: websites I found about the subject are not RS. UnnamedUser (open talk page) 02:47, 17 November 2019 (UTC)Keep: Well, my Google search wasn't fruitful. Turns out sources were found in books. UnnamedUser (open talk page) 20:45, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
- Keep: Obviously, at the time I created this article (which I had forgotten existed), referencing was not considered essential or even particularly important, but I recognise that it is now. I believe that Kate Charles is very well known in crime literature circles, but then so are many other writers. I've found some references and added them.Deb (talk) 10:15, 17 November 2019 (UTC)

- Keep Some coverage available that passes WP:SIGCOV. [1], [2], [3]. scope_creepTalk 11:44, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- I don't think the first counts, since there's only one sentence describing Charles and an image. Nor does the second, which only gives a passing mention in one sentence. I can't see the third because I was hit with a subscriber paywall. UnnamedUser (open talk page) 20:43, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- Keep she also warrants an entry in The Mammoth Encyclopedia of Modern Crime Fiction published by Robinson in 2002 (I knew buying that thing would pay off someday). I'll go through the article and see if there's anything further to be added, but right now this entry squares with the one in the Encyclopedia. That should be enough to push it over the top. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 18:58, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- Keep She not only has entries in crime fiction encyclopedias/companions, there are also reviews of her books, which I have started adding. I have also found and added an article about her from 2007. She meets WP:NAUTHOR and WP:BASIC. RebeccaGreen (talk) 16:46, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
