- Keep: – I started the article. He's notable. He was an NFL player for a bit. And he was/is one of the first male models on The Price is Right. He may not be the most notable person in the world ... and, at worst, he's "border-line". But, he's "out there". And unique in that he is a former NFL player who started modeling on The Price is Right, as one of the show's first male models (third, I believe). And a flourishing career with Wilhelmina Models, etc. He was featured in TV interviews about his unique career, on Entertainment Tonight, Peoples Magazine, etc. I listed lots of sources and references on his Talk Page ... here ---> Talk:Devin Goda. Thanks. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 18:38, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
- Joseph A. Spadaro, None of those sources satisfy the WP:GNG, particularly the independent sources provision. Interviews are not independent, neither are organization bios. Etzedek24 (I'll talk at ya) (Check my track record) 19:27, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
- @Etzedek24: Thanks. I recognize / admit that he is "border-line" ... but I do believe that he is notable. I guess we can wait for others to weigh in. If consensus is "delete", so be it ... I will abide by consensus. Thanks. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 19:58, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete per nomination. He has appeared in one NFL pre-season game so calling him "an NFL player" is silly. He never made the main team and was waived in late August 2012 before the regular season even started. In addition, none of the sources (either football or modelling) suggest his notability. – Sabbatino (talk) 11:15, 3 April 2021 (UTC)
- Keep - The article itself is kind of a mess, but he appears to just pass GNG as the creator asserts: "Slippery Rock WR has late-round draft hopes" and "Passing combo lifts The Rock in PSAC" from Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and "Forward Township's Devin Goda breaking into TV, modeling industries" from Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:08, 3 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete - lacks SIGCOV and GNG. Megtetg34 (talk) 22:11, 9 April 2021 (UTC)

- Delete. Inadequate evidence of notability. The first two sources are listings of his football achievements (which don't go as far as appearing in an NFL Game) rather than actual discussion; and the third is a listing at his modelling agency, and so not independent. Maproom (talk) 06:03, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- Keep. I wonder how much before was done before nominating this for deletion? Admittedly, the article as nominated only cited non-independent sources, which do not contribute to notability, but independent sources do exist in sufficient quantities to meet general notability guidelines. I have added 3 such additional sources to the article.~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 16:43, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- In addition to what I added to the article, I see evidence of notability in the following sources
- Gill, Moriah (January 21, 2021). "This "Price is Right" Model Was Once an NFL Player". Rare.us. Retrieved 15 April 2021.
- Alter, Ethan (October 18, 2018). "Meet the newest male model on 'The Price Is Right'". Yahoo! Entertainment. Retrieved 15 April 2021.
- A lot of "Male Model Monday" content on a website called Socialite Life that features him prominently. There's not much text content on those pages, and I'm unsure if Socialite Life meets RS requirements, but to me the existence of that content adds weight to the argument in favor of notability supported by better sources.
- Bauknecht, Sara (July 19, 2015). "Stylebook snapshot: Male models on the rise have roots in Pittsburgh". Post-Gazette. Retrieved 15 April 2021.
- There's more out there too. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 16:58, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- In addition to what I added to the article, I see evidence of notability in the following sources
- Keep - The sources Unicorn has added gives Goda significant coverage, especially these two. Accounting for the additional sources, including the ones with marginal coverage, both in the article and the four extra sources found above, there is enough to pass the bar. - Keep As per coverage in multiple WP:RS including Usatoday, NYPost, Triblive, Baltimoreravens, Heraldstandard, Priceisright, Yahoo, Chicagotribune, ESPN and many more passes for WP:GNG. Namkongville (talk) 06:29, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
- Keep. A GNews search is a good indicator that is notable in modeling. I will remind people the New York Post is not a reliable source. x (talk) 11:44, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
