This does not establish notability independent of Marvel Comics through the inclusion of real world information from reliable, third party sources. Most of the information is made up of plot details better suited to Wikia. There is no current assertion for future improvement of the article, so extended coverage is unnecessary. • Merge to Features of the Marvel Universe as a minimal point, possibly creating a "Prisons" section under "Other locations". Possibly also adding it to List of correctional facilities in comics - and that "list" needs a serious clean-up. The plot/in-story info dump making up this article really has little to justify a separate article. And I see zero reason to create an incarceration roster.
