• Keep - Angwe was undoubtedly notable in his home country of Nigeria in the 80s/90s. He was a full international on at least one occasion (National Football Teams is understandably missing data from this time period/region). He also died during a game in the 1995 African Cup Winners' Cup, meaning he was playing continental football for his team. I would argue that this makes him more notable than the English footballers who made one appearance in the English Third Division in the mid-20th century, of which there are numerous articles.
