This is almost certainly a hoax. The building has been owned by the Mexican government and used as an embassy or ambassador's residence since 1921.[1][2] Other past owners include Stapleton Cotton, 1st Viscount Combermere and John Jackson (engineer). The bit about a British Nazi sympathiser owning it in 1938 and flying the Nazi flag can't possibly be true. Please see the related AfD discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sarah Winter.
