Very short article which could be merged into prophets in Islam. TheTechie@enwiki (she/they | talk) 05:20, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: Relisting as we have two separate suggestions for Redirect/Merge target pages. Just a note to the nominator, Prophets in Islam is not a suitable Merge target article because it is a Redirect, not an article. Please check links before you propose them.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Liz Read! Talk! 05:22, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect back to the List of...: the article is nothing but a dicdef. Moreover it is incorrect: it says "group of prophets in Islam, recognized in the Qur'an as..." - nothing or the kind. The listed names are the guesswork of Islamic scholars whom Allah meant when talking to Muhammad (p.b.u.h.). --Altenmann >talk 03:17, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
as I said, "ʾUlu al-ʿAzm" is a dictionary term that means someone/something great, and it could include prophets and other things as well. But for now since the term is mentioned there, we could redirect it to that section. Regards, Aafi (talk) 09:44, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
