• This person started genre warring mainly on the Sylosis page. His edits were reverted and he was blocked, but he started singling me out as one of the people reverting his edits. Originally known as SylosisWatts, he was blocked for 31 hours on June 25, 2012, then posted an unwanted comment on my last.fm page. After that block, he continued to perform unconstructive edits, and was blocked permanently on July 2, 2012.

• I noticed two IPs, 86.183.85.113 and 86.146.181.124, were acting similarly, so I issued a sockpuppet invesitigation. 86.183 was previously blocked for 31 hours on June 25, 2012 for genre warring. As a result of this investigation, both IPs were blocked for a month. Realizing that he utilized dynamic IPs, I issued another investigation after that one commenced; this coincided with said Sylosis article being protected for six months and resulted in the SylosisWatts sockpuppet investigaion page being permanently semi-protected.

• Soon after said article was semi-protected, around July 19/20, 2012, I received harassing public comments from this person via a video I posted on Youtube, some from a channel impersonating me. The fake channel had a video with music incorrectly attributed to me, and also decpicted me negatively in first person. I reported the channel to Youtube's crew. The day after I first was aware of the channel, it was removed.

• On September 11, 2012, my user page got vandalized by 86.46.103.131. On October 4, 2012, my user page was once again vandalized similarly by 86.46.82.21, the IP presented here; this, and the vandalism on Talk:Sylosis, was cause for the IP to be blocked for two days.

• The event that convinced me to report here was when my Youtube channel and all my videos became flooded with spam comments in a similar style to that of SylosisWatts and the 86-range IPs. The spam comments included info of my date of birth, which I took down from my user page on October 16, 2012, at 7:56 UTC time. The comments occurred merely ~5.35 hours after I had removed this and other info. Even though I've deleted the Youtube comments from public view (some videos received five or six comments), I still have e-mails proving they were posted or pending my approval.

• In total, there have been six blocks involved with this series of events. I want the ISP contacted, because the initial conflict has long died down, and there is no reason for this harrasment to continue, especially since I have not sent this person any direct messages since July. Also, this is my first time submitting an abuse response, so I hope I'm doing this in an acceptable fashion.
