This vandal has been inserting false information in articles relating to the Philippines (especially the Philippino military) and war on terrorism for the last 6 months. He inserts false numbers of troops involved in operations, false claims that countries operate various types of military hardware, fictional military alliances and fictional battles. Following many warnings and blocks he promised to cease this vandalism [1] and registered as PHL-USA-RUS (talk · contribs) [2] in early October. I used this account to warn them against further vandalism (see User talk:PHL-USA-RUS) but the vandalism has continued. Given the duration of this problem and the repeated warnings I have been blocking the IP addresses for one year at a time, but this won't be very effective as he uses a different IP address each day. I reported this vandal to the editors at the relevant wikiproject (see: Wikipedia talk:Tambayan Philippines/Archive18#persistent IP vandal) and an editor there stated that this is also a problem on the Tagalog Wikipedia. The number of IP addresses this editor has used is large, but the pattern of vandalism from each address is very persistent. Nick-D (talk) 07:34, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
