I am Σ, the sigma. I constantly remove vandalism, and would like to inform you that IP 202.27.219.186 has been vandalising ever since 2008. This is his 8th block for vandalism, out of 8 blocks. Therefore I request that action be taken. He keeps vandalising in spite of warnings and previous blocks. A letter must be sent to the owner of the IP address.
