The A-League player project is an attempt by the WikiProject on football (soccer) in Australia to create comprehensive, up-to-date articles on all players who have competed in an A-League match.

Instructions
An article's assessment is generated from the class parameter in the {{WikiProject Football}} project banner on its talk page (see the template talk page for more details on the exact syntax). Adding the parameter player=yes ensures the player is added to the appropriate category.

The following values may be used:
- FA (adds articles to Category:FA-Class A-League player articles)
- A (adds articles to Category:A-Class A-League player articles)
- GA (adds articles to Category:GA-Class A-League player articles)
- B (adds articles to Category:B-Class A-League player articles)
- Start (adds articles to Category:Start-Class A-League player articles)
- Stub (adds articles to Category:Stub-Class A-League player articles)
Articles for which a valid class is not provided are listed in Category:Unassessed A-League player articles. The class should be assigned according to the quality scale here.
Once you have classified or re-classified an article, please edit the table below, adding {{???-Class|category=???-Class A-League player articles}} to the Status column (replacing "???" with the article's classification). Also add a link to the version of the article you assessed in the Assessed column.
