Ritchie333 (talk) 14:32, 31 July 2012 (UTC)I have moved this into your userspace to give you a chance to get this up to scratch but there are two conditions :-
- Firstly, you may not move it back to mainspace without first clearing the draft at DRV
- Secondly, you must significantly improve the sourcing and cut this down to an appropriate encyclopaedic length.
Puffery and extensive use of primary sources will significantly reduce the chances of any draft presented for discussion. Thank you. Spartaz Humbug! 10:39, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Nimuaq (talk) 20:09, 23 March 2013 (UTC)File permission problem with File:Janie Schaffer Portrait.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Janie Schaffer Portrait.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 07:19, 17 April 2013 (UTC)

Arthur goes shopping (talk) 17:46, 17 April 2013 (UTC)Disambiguation link notification for April 18
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Ruby McGregor-Smith, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Asian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Regarding this, you put the request edit on the Talk:Ellis Short under the Corrections & Additional Content subsection and that subsection was marked as done 30 November 2013. Editors reading your request would think it already done.-- Jreferee (talk) 11:28, 22 January 2014 (UTC)

Dany Bahar
Hi,
I am fairly new and one of the first test pages put up for me was the Dany Bahar page. I found it full of quite slanderous false statements. I removed a them but one, which involves adding a false statement within a direct quote been persistently put back in by one anonymous user. The quote is from a news article relating to a current court case against Dany Bahar.
If you go to the history you will see me removing the false statement and it being put back. Check the ref and you will see the false statement.
So, I'm wondering if you can help. I am thinking either having the page edited and all the false stuff removed and getting the page locked for further editing; having the anonymous user blocked from editing the page; or simply having the page deleted until after the court case is resolved.
Can you advise about how to get any of these options done as it is getting a bit monotonous reverting routinely... Cheers, Toby — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tobermory Womble (talk • contribs) 09:12, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/HappyBird

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. (t) Josve05a (c) 23:42, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of User:Vivj2012/sandbox/G4S History
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User:Vivj2012/sandbox/G4S History, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free Web hosting service. (See section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. creffett (talk) 15:26, 13 June 2019 (UTC)
