American Dream Meadowlands

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to American Dream Meadowlands, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, mainly for the following two reasons:

First, Wikipedia cannot accept uncited material. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here.

Second, you removed a significant amount of content from the article, all of which was supported by citations of reliable sources, but without providing a rationale for this in your edit summary. When removing material, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page.

Other edits you made include minor things like adding extra line breaks; capitalizing commons nouns like "crystals" and "mushrooms"; and placing punctuation after citations instead of before them (in violation of WP:PAIC); but also somewhat more serious things like removing the primary reference templates info of a number of citations in the article despite the fact that much of the information you left intact is supported by ref name tags linked to those citations; and changing the names of subheadings regarding the mall's merchants from "General" and "Dining" to "Stats", when those things listed are not really "statistics", and without explaining why this was an improvement; etc.

If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 23:51, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

September 2022

Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that in this edit to Legoland New York, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 07:06, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you remove a citation such as https://rcdb.com/14429.htm please explain why with the edit summary. If you remove an unreliable source such as twitter, please replace it with another. Otherwise use an {{Unreliable source?}} or another such template. Thank you Adakiko (talk) 07:10, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
