Hello Pollia -- Thanks for patrolling. While I agree the article on Paul Wesselényi is far from ideal, there is a clear claim of significance sufficient to meet the low threshold of A7. Please read the A7 description before nominating under this criterion again. As the subject is not living there is no urgent problem with the lack of references.
