Could all Azeri users check User:Yerevanci's and User:Nocturnal781's relentless POV additions, lately in the Ermenikend article.

These users constantly change the correct article name of Ermenikend into the incorrect name of "Armenikend". Could all Azeri users prevent the taking over of articles about Azerbaijan by Armenian users with their biased nationalistic POV agenda. FK Qarabağ in European football

Salam. Nəyə görə belə bir dəyişiklik edirsiniz? Hörmətlə, --►Safir yüzüklü Ceklimesaj 10:10, 4 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Salam. Belə düşünürəmki əksər klublar və xüsusilə dünyada məşhur olan adlı-sanlı komandaların əksəriyyətinin avrokubok oyunlarının cədvəlləri bu cür qruplaşdırılır, və eyni zamanda ayrı xüsusi avrokuboklar üçün artikli olmayan komandalarında elə öz klub səhifəsində avrokubok oyunlarının cədvəlidə belə qruplaşdırılır.

Sizin düşüncənizə hörmətlə yanaşıram. İstəyinizi avrokuboklar üçün ayrıca artikli olmayan və avrokubok oyunları öz klub səhifəsindəcə yerləşən komandalar haqqındakı məqalələrdə həyata keçirmək olar. Avrokuboklar üçün ayrıca artiklin açılmasında məqsəd isə, heç də yalnız görünüş fərqi deyil, məhz ətraflı məlumatın verilməsi və statistik göstəricilərin mümkün olduğu qədər tam göstərilməsidir. Mən hesab etmirəm ki, mövcud vəziyyət oxucuya səliqəsiz və gözə yorucu gəlir. Əlavə olaraq deyim ki, mən bu məqaləni hazırlamağa başlayarkən, müvafiq formatda layihənin seçilmiş məqaləsi olan Rosenborg BK in European football məqaləsindən nümunə kimi istifadə edib, təkmilləşdirmişəm. Bu formatın qəbulunu məqsədəuyğun hesab edirəm. Hörmətlə, --►Safir yüzüklü Ceklimesaj 06:55, 6 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is also a separate source in International career, there are written He scored his first goal on 29 May 2013 against Qatar in a friendly match - a source, a then written In the August 14, 2013 he scoring two goals in a friendly against Malta - and here too there is a source. And in a separate International gols sources can not be seen in the page of players such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. --Nicat49 (talk) 01:05, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Vali Gasimov - Again

Hi there,

please let's stop with this edit war. There is no consensus in the order of HONOURS and STATISTICS, but in the 1,0000000 of articles i have edited in, honours come first, i am trying to keep it coherent. Also, you did not copy the titles of the references found in statistics correctly (we are suppose to copy the titles correctly, not write what we want). Lastly, in PUBLISHER, no need to write (for example) LEGIONER.KULICHI.COM, LEGIONER KULICHI is enough.

Please let's reach a compromise, and don't revert me again because we are getting close to breaking the three-revert rule, that can get us BOTH blocked. Thank you. --AL (talk) 11:05, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're wrong. The order of medals should be displayed by higher ranked. So you display gold before silver and silver before bronze. If there's more than 1 medal per category, then you order them by which one he got first. It's pretty simple. Gsfelipe94 (talk) 01:12, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm Iranian Azeri myself and your boxes on Azerbaijani Wikipedia as facebook covers speaks enough about your radical pan-Turkism, but since Wikipedia isn't place for heeling frustrations of young misarable nations, pamphlet written by Azerbaijani activist is removed. Your claim of "ban of Azerbaijani ethno-emancipatory activities in Iran" is simply outrageous since Iranian supreme leader and numerious of important persons are Azeris. I'm familiar Wikipedia had many problems with bigots like you on various articles related to Iranian Azeris, but nothing of pan-Turkic propaganda was accepted. You may continue your activism on Azerbaijani Wikipedia, there you can freely write about Safavid Empire or ancient Sumer as "Azerbaijan", but not acceptable in civilized World. --Qizilbash123 (talk) 23:55, 3 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Could all Azeri users check and prevent the incorrect name change of the article Ermenikend into the incorrect name of "Armenikend".

These users constantly change the correct article name of Ermenikend into the incorrect name of "Armenikend".

This was done unilaterally without any discussion and whithout any (widespread) agreement whatsoever.

Could all Azeri users also prevent the taking over of articles about Azerbaijan by Armenian users with their biased nationalistic POV agenda.

Thank you.

Can you urgently revert the name to Ermenikend. Thank you. Incorrect corrupted versions of Azerbaijani names must not stand.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.66.209.203 (talk) 20:10, 15 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Support merging the Ermenikend article with the Armenians of Baku article

Support merging the Ermenikend article with the Armenians of Baku article. The article is interwined with the former Armenian community of Baku and is not separate from it. Furthermore the false corrupted name change from Ermenikend into "Armenikend" is not the norm. Additionally the article is a WP:CONTENTFORK. Sanichtalk 15:48, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, the world grand prix is the highest tournament for women's teams (not including Olympics and WC), and the european league is the qualifier for that. You can't WP:OWN an article, so give me a valid rason why it should NOT be included? "Grand prix and European league isn't important" is NOT a reason. Kante4 (talk) 21:14, 21 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Nicat, Peace. As stated here, the info about Bianca Balti's mother being Azerbaijani was inserted for the first time in 2008 [2], and at that time it did not have any source. The sources cited now have all been written after 2008, and most probably got their info from Wikipedia. Furthermore, in all the sites you linked it is the writer that states that Bianca Balti's mother is Azerbaijani, there is no source in which the model herself says anything about her heritage. The problem with this? Page about Anar and others I have created from the my archive, so let me explain to you in my computer there is a whole archive of articles for Azerbaijan or Azerbaijanis. and on the day I saw that for some reason, removed the normal article about an important person, and I from the archive found an article about Anar and again recreated it. was also deleted the article beneath the name Shaki Halva which also have in my archive, if you want today I can just create a page about Shaka Halva :) I can to create it in the same state in which was deleted. Thank you. --Nicat49 (talk) 18:47, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
You have a stored archive of articles about Azerbaijani people stored in Wikipedia formatting to be able to restore them in case they are deleted? What reason would you have for that? Ali Javan

His Azeri background was already well-established. It was cited after "Scientists Who Made A Difference" by Betty Blair (Azerbaijan International, 1996). This is the only primary reference that reports his Azeri heritage.

The internet articles you included were themselves copied from the Wikipedia article, and hence from the aforementioned article by Betty Blair. So, they are neither primary references, nor do they contain any additional information. These really can't be used to bolster any claims about his life.

If you still think that those websites are necessary, please justify their purpose here (or on the article Talk Page).

P.S. I am the person who wrote the entire article on Ali Javan as it is (since 2012 to present). Over the years, I have been the only person with an interest and with enough academic credentials to explain his actual scientific achievements. Sadly, all other edits to this article by others have been vying over his nationality/ethnicity. Telementor (talk) 06:57, 23 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --Kansas Bear (talk) 18:30, 14 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Armenia/Azerbaijan discretionary sanctions

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Azerbaijan State Physical Culture and Sports Academy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://en.turktoyu.com/university/azerbaijan-state-academy-of-physical-education-and-sport#. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. An article you recently created, Azerbaijan State Physical Culture and Sports Academy, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your page to draft space (with a prefix of Draft: before the article title) where you can work on it with minimal disruption. When you feel that it meets our notability and neutrality requirements, and is thus ready for mainspace, please submit it using the Articles for Creation template on the page. A tag has been placed on Category:1930 establishments in Azerbaijan indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! Qaraqoyunlular

You reversed an edit by a banned editor

HarvardHistoryNerd101 was an editor who made nationalist edits (Special:Contributions/HarvardHistoryNerd101) and was banned for it.

You reversed one of those edits by him. Your edits are not helpful, they are hateful. Being complicit with a banned editor is illegal. Do it again, and I must report you

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Gasimushaghi carpets shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Advice

Hello, Nicat49.

The User talk:185.146.112.192 is engaging in disrupte editing. Neither does this IP provide sources and is POV pushing. And this IP has been warned multiple times for this on his/her talk page.

I asked for an intervention in WP:AN/I, but to no avail, and for a temporary block in Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, which was rejected as insufficient to warrant a block.

Do you have any additional advice?

Kindest regards, Moroike (talk) 16:22, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
