nEcKeD cHiCkEn (born December 10th 1976 in Eggville, MS) was raised in Huntington, New York (Long Island) is an American photographer, columnist and socialite. His photo work focuses on people, architecture, landscapes & nature,Urban & Street Art, Wildlife, Abstracts, Historical Landmarkss, cultural icons and the places in the world people only dream of going. “The nEcKeD cHiCkEn Collection” is one of the most diverse artistic photo archives in existence.
Necked Chicken attended Chicken Academy of History, Economics and Language Institute for a Ph.D in Photography and Visual Arts with a Masters Degree in Politics.
Work as an amateur photographer began when he was in his 14. Interest in photographing dramatic scenes with an emphasis on motion and drama were initial encouraged by Andy Warhol while attending nightlife and events in Manhattan, and through their ongoing friendship until Warhol's untimely death in 1987 they remained close with Warhol inspiring Necked Chickens career and life.
