Hi, I asked a few months ago if I could publish articles without them needing to be reviewed and you responded but now I cannot see your response. I am confused with navigating Wikipedia, would I just create the article in my sandbox and then publish it (I am approved now) or is there another way? Hi Logger67, the thread is located here in the Teahouse archives. New editors are asked to submit their articles via AfC. But you can write new articles in your sandbox and then create a new page (since all articles will be patrolled later by another group of users) but I would still recommend that you go through AfC process because you've created only one article since then and you've have been inactive until 6 January. Hi @Ratekreel, thanks for the response. I have created 4 articles as of today. I was really stuck on how to create it in my sandbox and then create a new page, would I be able to just copy and paste it into a red link I search and click? The Judith Warren one says it is “Start Class,” but I copy and pasted it into AI with the grading scheme and it said it was B or C class. Logger67, yes, you can write your article in the sandbox and then create a page. But like I said, it is not recommended to new users. The article, Judith Warren shows that it is Start class on content assessment scale because parameter class of {{WikiProject banner shell}} is set to show start class (i.e. |class=start) on the talk page. WP:GRADES states, "...the differences between Stub, Start, and C classes are fairly subjective; at those ratings, the best way to improve the article is to look at the specific criteria for B-Class and aim to satisfy those." I have not checked the article in detail to see if it meets the B-class assessment. Ratekreel (talk) 22:47, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
