Hello. Your recent edit appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:58, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- I'm currently working on the draft for said article, thats why I added him. In general I believe all chess grandmasters are notable, so that shouldn't be an issue. I won't re-add him until the article is public though. jonas (talk) 17:27, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- Hmm, I wasn't able to find any WP:BIO or WP:NATHLETE subsections on grandmaster, but looking through old AfDs, it appears that there is some consensus that grandmaster status confers notability. It would be nice if that was added to the policy. In any case, I imagine your draft will be accepted; I won't revert if you re-add the subject to the HS page. Kieran207(talk-Contribs) 03:01, 7 February 2021 (UTC)Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Films involved in lawsuits
A tag has been placed on Category:Films involved in lawsuits requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Portrait of Empress Xiaoshencheng
The portrait was deleted by me several times. Sorry if I didn't log in but I've explained several times that it's a fake portrait. One or several people feel the need to keep adding fake paintings of Imperial Empresses and concubines to the articles of the Qing dynasty. No source is ever given to where these portraits are stored or displayed. In the case of Empress Xiaoshencheng you can clearly see that the face has been photoshopped and pasted on the ancestor painting of Empress Xiaoquancheng. The Forbidden City inventory does not mention an ancestor portrait of Empress Xiaoshencheng. There is an half portrait and three leisure portraits of the Empress. TYK1986

Afghan War
Hello, I noticed you just changed the first sentence of the War in Afghanistan page, please be advised that the page was recently the subject of an RFC that determined that the war "is (practically) over, and even if it is technically not, it will almost certainly be by the end of the year." Therefore, that language must specifically be used, pursuant to the admin closing the RFC's ruling.XavierGreen (talk) 21:29, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
- In what universe does an RFC consensus mean that this specific sentence should be used. Thats merely the consensus justifying the renaming of the article. Stating that the war ended in 2021 is enough, especially in the first sentence. That wording is not appropriate for the lead section of the article. Also looking at the talk page it seems like youre not the most reliable source and what should be done to that article specifically. --jonas (talk) 21:38, 19 August 2021 (UTC)

Buying cash coins
As a response to your question here, well I personally use eBay, but these days it's known for having a notorious amount of fakes. The cheapest place to buy authentic Vietnamese cash coins is actually in Vietnam itself as I bought quite a lot in Hanoi, the best place to meet vendors is at cultural events or local markets (event markets, not regular markets).
Online there are a lot of dealerships, you can simply Ecosia phrases like "Buy Vietnamese coins" or write inscriptions of the individual cash coin that you want. If you have more questions then please ping me. --Donald Trung (talk) 21:00, 24 May 2023 (UTC)
