Well, well, well...
The Phillies and the Sox both are off to bad starts. Well, sorry to brag, but the Red Sox 2013 World Series trophy came to my high school today :P. But seriously though, I hope all is well with you. My apologies for vanishing for a few weeks. Well, since I'm back, it's better to say it later than never: Happy Opening Day! Hoping for the best for your Phillies. I think they'll have a Phantastic season. Good luck! Sportsguy17 (T • C) 01:14, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah. The Phillies will be 3–6 in about 20 minutes. This is bad. Yeah; have fun in the Caribbean, and no problem with the review (as long as it came by the WikiCup deadline, I was OK) That's cool about the trophy. Happy Opening Day and happy editing to you. God bless. Go Phightins! 01:27, 11 April 2014 (UTC)

re: Why?
You may have said "better picture" on your edit summary, but what really happened was you kind of messed up the format and there was no picture visable. – Michael (talk) 20:54, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hmm. That is bizarre; I could have sworn one showed up at one point, as otherwise I'd have self-reverted, but looking in the history, you're right. I will investigate. Thanks! Go Phightins! 16:22, 13 April 2014 (UTC)

Your offer
I appreciate your offer to help. As we have discussed before, you and I are the only working clerks (which isn't a bad thing). I know your plate (here and in RL) is much fuller than mine so I don't mind in the least. Knowing you were available to help manage things has always been heartening. Let's see if anyone else surfaces that can assist. TRA! ```Buster Seven Talk 20:38, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

1964 Philadelphia Phillies season
Thank you for the barnstar. It's appreciated!!! . Have some final edits to make but I finished the bulk of the article now. This, being the 50th Anniversary of the 1964 season, it needed serious expansion. I'm a lifelong Phillies Fan, and the 64 team was the one I remembered when I was nine years old. The teams of the 70s were good, but the 80 world championship is the one which made me smile the most. The 2008 championship was sweet, but it was really for the the current generation. The 64 club is the one from my childhood, and now it has a decent article here for others to read and enjoy Bwmoll3 (talk) 18:49, 19 April 2014 (UTC)
- Well, "the current generation" is me, and I know I am spoiled to have had the Phillies win so early in my life; hopefully they'll win within the next 28 years though :-). Happy Easter Bwmoll! Go Phightins! 15:43, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
Favorite Player
My favorite Phillies player is Diekman. I met him in the minors and he was really nice. Yours? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Philliessixers08 (talk • contribs) 20:13, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
- You know what, Philliessixers08? I like Diekman too! Ruiz, though, is my all time favorite, I think. Would you be interested in teaming up to improve Diekman's article? I have done some work on it in the past, but there is always more we could do. By the way, make sure you sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~ Go Phightins! 20:22, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
Yes we could team up! That would be cool! Philliessixers08 (talk) 20:47, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
- All right, well for Diekman, I suggest we try to get the article to attain good article status. Read the criteria, and I will compile a to-do list on the article talk page for what I think we need to do, and then we can each work off that list at our leisure until the article meets the status, and then we can nominate it. Sound OK? Go Phightins! 20:55, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
April edition of The Inside Corner
Hi Go Phightins!: Will you be contributing a summary of the goings-on at WikiProject Baseball, and a roundup of baseball news/upcoming events? Or if you have any other ideas, that would be great, too. isaacl (talk) 00:50, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Hey Isaac, I would be more than happy to, but I am not aware of too many goings on in the project. I can recap a few discussions on the talk page and the promoted content though. And sure, I can write a roundup of the first month of baseball. When are you looking to publish? Go Phightins! 00:52, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- April 27, so having contributions in by Friday would be good. isaacl (talk) 01:00, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- On my calendar. In previewing my week, I think I will try to get to it tomorrow, as the rest of the days look busy until Friday. Go Phightins! 01:02, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
