Criticisms of Facebook
The "Dislike button controversy" section should not be deleted. I strongly suggest that it should be reverted because really, there is such demands for it. If you're not sure, you need to look it up. Use Google Search or Bing Search or whatever search engine you use and look up, "Facebook Dislike Button" (without quotes, use quotes though to make your queries more "strict"). Feel free to look at some of the relevant information. If you have visited Facebook and have an account there, search "dislike" within Facebook. There are many results that should relate to your search. If you do not have a Facebook account, register one and then search wihin Facebook (though it may be possible to search within Facebook without an account).
So what you have just deleted was not 1.) Vandalism, 2.)Fake content, and 3.)Incorrect information --DSW-X-Groove 06:25, 4 January 2010 (UTC)|This signature will signify that the information is correct.
Though, if you want to make it better or do anything to improve on that section, do that. But just a head's up, you shouldn't delete things that you believe is not correct. I would not add sections/content that is not real and/or have no sign of evidence or proof.
Not to be harsh but, if you see something new that you think should be deleted, before doing any deletion of any kind to any content and/or section, do some researching. Some researching is better than to assume that a new piece of information added is really just something not real or have very little information. I suggest it should be reverted back and that the reverted content is researched well and thoughroughly before you suggest that the content should be deleted.

Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Linux Talk Page
I am sorry, but I could not see any where on the Linux talk page where the user L1QU1D5N4KE vandalized the page. You put a warning on his page, but as far as I could tell, all he did was put a question asking why Tux was the Linux mascot. What did he do that would be considered Vandalism? FAC withdrawn
I appreciate that you are acting in good faith, but it is best if featured articles are nominated by people who have worked closely on them. In this way, they can give reasoned replies to reviewers and be familiar enough with the sources to act on suggested improvements. Someone who has not worked on the article can not provide this input, so the nomination may continue until opposition to it becomes so overwhelming that the article is failed; this takes away time from reviewers. While the Ubuntu article is of reasonable quality, it is not yet of featured quality, and principal contributors must be consulted before a nomination, as required in the featured article candidate instructions. You might consider first working the article up through peer review and good article candidacy to prepare for its nomination. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 22:27, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

The Zhe frog
I disagree. In the first section, three of us discuss the appropriateness of the frog image, and no one ends up suggesting removing it. In the second, seven of us (and an anon) discuss itâTwilight Realm says he's undecided, and three including Guugolpl0x, plus the anon, express favour for it, while no one suggests removing it (why would you think G didn't mean it when he said he's glad to se it back?). If you look at the article's history, you'll see that it's been restored by several editors. I don't see any evidence of consensus to change the article. âMichael Z. 2008-11-24 00:20 z
Image source problem with Image:283px-Coat of arms of San Marino.png
Thanks for uploading Image:283px-Coat of arms of San Marino.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:41, 5 December 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 16:41, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

Dear Fixman
I have closed a merge discussion for France and French Fifth Republic that you started, with making a decision that consensus doesn't exist for a merge at this time, since the discussion is now into its sixth month without much activity, and opinion is largely against the proposal. File source problem with File:Cormen.jpg

If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. Fair use rationale for File:2ryq4pc.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:2ryq4pc.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. FASTILYsock(TALK) 23:27, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Cormen.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Cormen.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Magog the Ogre (talk) 01:26, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
