Cleanup Taskforce
I've added Desire (album) by Bob Dylan to your desk. RJFJR 00:56, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
- Closed. I'm going to tinker a little with the page but I think the major cleanup is done. Dybeck 01:02, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
Sarokin
- You are quite correct, he was not a Supreme Court judge, my mistake. Best wishes, Lion King 11:27, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
Objectivity
- In the context of the sentence, you are correct. Just one point though, the article states that, "Carter has never been declared innocent", but it's also true in a "legal technical sense," he has never been found guilty. He has never been exonerated by the courts, but the evidence against him still stands. Best wishes, Lion King 16:29, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
Will you please take a look at the latest edit to this page. I really am tired of people omitting facts from aticles about Rubin Carter. Thank you, Lion King 20:18, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Which of the two facts are you disputing? That the Supreme Court granted them a new trial on a technicality? (as recorded in Court documents). Or the fact that the jury were out for a period of 9 hours? (as recorded in Court documents). "Despite winning the right to a new trial", is a phrase which hides the facts, which seems to reflect your point of view. Lion King 14:36, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
Fair points, can't really take issue with them although I'd like to! Thanks for your time. Best wishes, Lion King 16:41, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
