This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks! Disambiguation link notification for April 29
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lee Marshall (announcer), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Greg Gagne (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Mayfair Shopping Centre may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on .

Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Let's Go (CTV TV series). There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 23:16, 25 August 2014 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Space Command (TV series), you may be blocked from editing. 24.138.23.43
Hi, Creativity. Please don't bother to revert 24.138.23.43's removal of my block notice. They're allowed to remove stuff from their talkpage, just as long as it's not a declined unblock request, which this wasn't. Mind you, I don't see the logic of their removing my block notice and leaving the previous one by EdJohnston (the one they copied and placed on several user talkpages including yours), but there's no rule says people have to be logical, I guess. Bishonen | talk 12:54, 19 October 2014 (UTC).
- I'm not sure if I should really be getting involved in this discussion - but by this stage, I can't help but feel that something is seriously wrong with 24.138.23.43's head.
- Not only did he/she copy his/her one-month block notice from EdJohnston and paste it on three other user talkpages including this one, but he/she also blanked the entire Fox Television Stations article – around 25,000 bytes in size – and undid a redirect that involved nearly 30,000 bytes.
- I think the three-month block is perfectly justified, to be quite honest. Bluebird207 (talk) 20:18, 22 October 2014 (UTC)

Concerning "old" Viacom as a TV syndication distributor...
I apologize for the way my message came off. I will admit I should have worded it more politely.
The thing is, I had removed the "Television syndication distributor" category from the article for "old" Viacom because after acquiring media properties, "old" Viacom ceased to be a TV syndication distributor, but mostly because "old" Viacom no longer exists as of December 31st, 2005; its assets having been split between "new" Viacom & CBS Corporation. So, unless you can provide evidence showing that what I've said is false, I would appreciate you restoring my most recent edit to the article for "old" Viacom at your earliest convenience. 76.235.248.47 (talk) 10:34, 18 October 2015 (UTC) Nevermind, I made the correction for you, seeing as how I've done research & didn't find ANYTHING about "original" Viacom (& probably neither will you). 76.235.248.47 (talk) 22:36, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. As far as the comment you made on my talk page....it's never been proven that the stipulation concerning the "Family" branding for ABC Family is real. Yes, it IS mentioned in the article that executives within Disney-ABC came upon said "supposed" stipulation during talk to re-brand ABC Family as XYZ, but there has never been any evidence put forth by anyone, whether from Disney OR Robertson/CBN that the stipulation actually exists. So, therefore, it is reasonable to state in the article that the stipulation is "supposed" or "alleged" until evidence is put forth by whomever proving that the stipulation is in fact real. 76.235.248.47 (talk) 23:28, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- I was NOT attacking you for the edits you made, contrary to your interpretation. I was simply making the observance that there has yet to be any evidence put forth, whether by Disney or Robertson/CBN, that the stipulation about the "Family" branding for ABC Family is real. If my comment came across as me attacking you, then I apologize for making it seem like such. 76.235.248.47 (talk) 23:43, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- Well, I managed to find two references which note the existence of the "Family" stipulation being dismissed as "urban legend" & added those references to the article & I changed the wording in the article to reflect what is stated in the references. 76.235.248.47 (talk) 03:02, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
Emergency! "incorrect information" is FACTUALLY CORRECT
I should not be seeing this message in my inbox. Quincy ME has 2 season 7 episodes which reference the TV series Emergency! End of story. I expect this from TV Tropes, not here. 98.158.212.204 (talk) 17:14, 13 February 2016 (UTC)
List of programs broadcast by CBC Television
Hi there, just a heads up that it looks like the same content you removed from List of programs broadcast by CBC Television numerous times has been added again.[1] I guess taking him to ANI and getting a final warning on his talk page wasn't enough to stop the unsourced edits. Interview request from Motherboard
Hi there,
My name is Nicholas Deleon and I'm an editor at Motherboard, Vice Media's science and technology website. I'm working on a story about the WrestleMania 3 attendance figure and I noticed that you made some comments in the Talk page for that. Would you have a few minutes to chat about this? I can be reached by email at nicholas.deleon@vice.com. Thanks! Nicholasfrommb (talk) 20:01, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
Trivialist's edits
As far as I can tell, Trivialist is trying to clean up Category:Television series by Warner Bros. Television, which is currently under discussion, as you know. As far as I understand it, this category is supposed to apply to shows produced by WBTV. The members changed by Trivialist (which you appear to have reverted) are shows distributed by WBTV, which would thus not belong to this category. Ibadibam (talk) 20:32, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
- Ibadibam is correct. Every television series by a Time Warner division seems to have been placed in Category:Television series by Warner Bros. Television, whether or not it has ever been distributed by WBTV. Trivialist (talk) 20:49, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
So, you're back to putting everything owned by WBTV in Category:Television series by Warner Bros. Television, whether or not WBTV actually produced it?
Also, your reverts here and here, among others, remove Category:Television series by MGM Television from shows actually produced by MGM Television. A change of ownership in a program shouldn't obliterate the company that actually produced it. Trivialist (talk) 15:19, 4 December 2016 (UTC)
- But those shows were produced by MGM Television. Are you saying that the company that owns a show, and had nothing to do with its creation or production, is more important than the company that actually made it? Trivialist (talk) 21:22, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- I've rewritten the description to "This category is for television programs produced, syndicated and/or distributed by MGM Television and its subsidiaries," which is what I think the average reader would expect to be in a category named "Television series by MGM Television." Trivialist (talk) 11:09, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
- The category name is "Television series by...", not "Television series distributed by..." I think most people would interpret "Television shows by Warner Bros." to mean that WB had something to do with the creation or production of a show. Putting shows that they acquired but didn't produce in that category is at least as misleading, if not more, then removing shows that MGM produced from the category, just because MGM doesn't own them anymore. A show that WB owns but didn't produce isn't a show "by" WB. Maybe the creation of something like Category:Television series distributed by Warner Bros. Television would help. Trivialist (talk) 6:12 pm, Today (UTC−5)
- My reasoning applies to all of the "Television series by" categories. If they're going to be categorized by their current owner, then that should be clearer in the category name. I was using MGM and WB as examples because of the unusual circumstances of shows' ownership being transferred from one studio to another. Trivialist (talk) 11:05, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
AGF and all?
Looking at the "vandalism" I think it is fairly obvious that I accidentally pasted the wrong article update into the article. Thank you for catching it, no-thank you for the vandalism accusation for a simple mistake. MPJ-DK 13:50, 19 July 2016 (UTC)
IP 142.134.79.153
Hi there, just a heads up that an editor you have been dealing with for awhile now[2] appears to be editing with IP 142.134.79.153 again to get around his 3 month block. These two edit summaries are a dead give away.[3] [4] According to the contributions history, has been editing with the IP since the one week IP block was over. Main account is still blocked until the end of September. I don't know if the editor is just doing this on purpose, or if he doesn't understand how Wikipedia works. Cmr08 (talk) 04:10, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
- Looks like he's hopping IPs now to get around the 3 month block. Read the edit summary to this edit [5] and I think it's pretty clear who's making it. Also appears to be using other IPs as well, [6], [7] Cmr08 (talk) 21:54, 23 August 2016 (UTC)

New 10,000 Challenge for Canada
Hi, Wikipedia:WikiProject Canada/The 10,000 Challenge is up and running based on Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge for the UK which has currently produced over 2300 article improvements and creations. If you'd like to see large scale quality improvements happening for Canada like The Africa Destubathon, which has produced over 1600 articles in 5 weeks, sign up on the page. The idea will be an ongoing national editathon/challenge for Canada but fuelled by a contest such as The North America Destubathon to really get articles on every province and subject mass improved. I would like some support from Canadian wikipedians here to get the Challenge off to a start with some articles to make doing a Destubathon worthwhile! Cheers. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
