Hello everyone! im a new user, joined on July 9, 2021. I made this, because anonymous editing is kind of boring, with not much to customise.

What i do
I make minor edits to articles, usually to improve the style, add grammar, or other things. I don't add citations, but I might do sometimes. Cranloa12n (talk) 23:27, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Project Nightfall
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Project Nightfall requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 192.76.8.77 (talk) 03:33, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

Template categorization
Thank you for taking your time to categorize some templates. However, there are some issues with your edits. Please take a look at template categorization guidelines, especially at the part about putting the categorization wikitext inside <noinclude>...</noinclude>
. Please try to find more specific categories for templates than the root Category:Wikipedia templates. —andrybak (talk) 01:33, 10 April 2022 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 22
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited World government in fiction, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Kennedy. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:07, 22 April 2022 (UTC)

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.192.76.8.70 (talk) 17:46, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Hate crime, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 17:51, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
- I archived the talk page. Everything was old discussions from years ago. Cranloa12n / talk / contribs / 19:01, 22 April 2022 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Talk:Hate crime/Archive 4, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. - It appears to be a test page. (See section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

Advice
Hello, Cranloa12n,
I just read over the complaint on ANI and wanted to make a comment to you. It's really easy, once you have a certain level of basic experience on Wikipedia to become sarcastic in talk pages on Wikipedia, especially when it seems to you that people are being extremely serious about some editing or policy aspect that doesn't seem really that important to you. This is the internet, after all.
I know I was as a new editor, I just thought of Wikipedia as another forum on the internet where I could be casual and informal and share my invaluable opinions. Well, two years later, when I decided to have an RFA, it barely passed because of some those sarcastic comments I made to experienced editors who didn't think they were funny. Many of these editors showed up at my RFA to let me know that I had been flippant and they thought I wasn't taking Wikipedia policies seriously or didn't treat other editors with respect. I had changed a lot since my first months on Wikipedia but folks here have a long memory. And when editors become worried about your editing, it can feel like other people are scrutinizing your editing which, before, was very simple and straight-forward.
So, my recommendation is to listen to what editors said to you in ANI and take the criticism as advice on how to adapt your behavior. As uncomfortable as it is to be brought to ANI and have your editing be under discussion, it is much, much worse to be brought there a SECOND time. So, try to not give anyone a reason to open a second case on you at ANI, focus on the editing you enjoy and realize that Wikipedia can be an enjoyable place to do work but it's not a place that appreciates humor. There are plenty of other places, like social media, where those funny comments are appreciated and even liked, but Wikipedia is not that place! Good luck with your work here. Liz Read! Lazar Lazarević copy-edit
Hi Cranloa12n, what's the status of your copy-edit to Lazar Lazarević, as you accepted at the Guild of Copy Editors Requests page? Please let us know if you wish to continue your c/e of the article, otherwise I'll mark the request {{Partly done}} and re-open it to others to complete. Thanks for your work on the article. Cheers, Baffle☿gab 06:41, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
- Well it's been a week and you've ignored your talk page while continuing to edit elsewhere so I've struck your acceptance and opened the request for other editors. I've also reverted your changes there ([1] here), which didn't seem to improve the article. Cheers, Baffle☿gab 00:02, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
Your closure of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Year 2038 problem
Hello Cranloa12n, I noticed that you performed a non-admin closure of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Year 2038 problem. While the outcome was correct and it was heading towards a snow keep you should not have closed that discussion yourself because you were a participant in the discussion. As outlined in the procedures for non-administrator closures, WP:NAC, editors closing discussions are expected to be uninvolved in the discussion, see WP:NACINV. In this context "uninvolved" refers to the guidance at WP:INVOLVED, put simply: if you are performing an administrative or administrative like action you should not have been involved in the editorial process that lead to it as well. I hope you can see why voting to keep an article then closing the discussion as speedy keep is seen as improper - many editors will assume that your personal vote will have affected the way you closed the discussion and may have led to you closing it in a biased or unfair manner. There's no point reopening that discussion now (since the article has a snowball's chance in hell of being deleted, but you need to bear this in mind for the future. 192.76.8.74 (talk) 01:32, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
DYK for Desert kite
On 17 May 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Desert kite, which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that desert kites in the Middle East and North Africa were used as traps for wild game? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Desert kite. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Desert kite), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
