Block
When this bot was editing an alarming proportion of its edits were harmful. Not only were the problems pointed out, but the account was blocked because of them, and it was then unblocked on the basis of assurances from the bot operator. Nevertheless, exactly the same problems were still occurring MANY YEARS after the block was lifted. It is true that the bot has now not edited for almost a year, and the bot operator has edited never for many months and rarely for many years, so that a block may be irrelevant, but if so then a block cannot possibly do any harm, and if the editor ever does return to editing it may do some good, so I have indefinitely blocked the bot account from editing. If the editor does return to editing and is willing to undertake that the same problems will not recur, AND THIS TIME TO STICK TO THAT UNDERTAKING, then an unblock request may be made. The article 2003 Norfolk County municipal election has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable local election.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Elli (talk | contribs) 04:10, 10 October 2023 (UTC)
