Ab initio emulsion polymerization
You created an article on the topic of ab initio emulsion polymerization, containing but a single sentence:
- IUPAC defines ab initio emulsion polymerization as: Emulsion polymerization in which no seed particles are added.
Have you no more to say on the topic? If not, I'll just merge that fact with the existing emulsion polymerization article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:25, 24 June 2013 (UTC)
The article Ab initio emulsion polymerization has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- This is a simple dictionary definition, and not even a complete enough definition to understand the process.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 21:04, 2 July 2013 (UTC)
Adding IUPAC definitions
Hi - can we discuss your addition of IUPAC definitions into pages before you add any more? I'd like to coordinate your work with the rest of the group, and with WikiProject Polymers. I'm concerned that if you add more they may just get deleted, and your work will be wasted; also, we're looking at using transclusion for the definition box. Perhaps we could talk on Skype or on the phone tomorrow or Friday? You can reply here, I'll watch your talk page. Thanks, Walkerma (talk) 15:37, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
Hi! Yes we can Skype tomorrow, that works! What time were you thinking? I am in Paris and I have a friend coming tomorrow afternoon, are you in the US or Europe? Depending on which time zone perhaps the evening my time (if you're in the US) or in the early afternoon if you're Europe? Let me know. Amr94 (talk) 16:42, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
- That would be perfect! I'm in the US, Eastern Daylight Savings (aka Summer Time), so I'm six hours behind you. I'll contact you by email. Thanks, Walkerma (talk) 18:09, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
