This user was wrongly accused of being a sock

This user feels that it is way too easy to delete a page then to un delete it why should people have to go through a whole process to restore a page that had 0 consensus to delete? On what merits should people have to add more to an article when there was no proper discussion on whether or not the original version of the article was enough already.
