Regarding your revertion of my removal of the flags on the cultural regions of Lithuania
I have noticed you've reverted my edit in which I removed the flags, coats of arms, and the capitals on all the pages of the cultural regions of Lithuania. You did not provide a reason for this revertion. The "consensus" in some of these pages is that the flags are not official and should not be kept. Could you please provide a source which proves the officiality of the flags, arms, and capitals of these regions? Otherwise I will remove them under WP:V. - There is literally a website for that – Etninės kultūros globos taryba (EKGT). And there are sections for each region at Bendra informacija. As of December 2024, coat of arms of Mažoji Lietuva and Suvalkija have officially been ratified by the President of Lithuania (coat of arms of Aukštaitija, Dzūkija and Žemaitija are ratified by EKGT but need to be altered to comply with laws before President ratifies them), while flags have been ratified by EKGT. In addition, there are sources in those files' descriptions (flag and coats of arms). Meanwhile, the proclaimed capitals of each region are rather symbolic but I do not see a reason to not on list them either. Your claim of
The consensus in the talk pages of some of the other pages for these regions seems to be to remove them
is not true, because there are no discussions about that on any of these regions' talk pages so you should stop with fake claims. WP:OTHERCONTENT is not a justification to add or remove something just because the same is done in some other page or pages. – sbaio 05:44, 25 December 2024 (UTC)- You should then insert the source into the pages because it's hard to get information about this.
