I was born in Toowoomba. After attending school in Gatton, I attended The University of Queensland and completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Art History and Writing; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Writing, Editing, and Publishing; and a Master of Arts in Writing, Editing, and Publishing.

I currently work as a Trainee Library Assistant. I live in Centenary Heights, Queensland, Australia.
