Bob Pratt (b. 1961 or 1962 (age 62–63))[1] is an inventor for cannabis consumption devices and former aerospace engineer. His background in thermal testing for space applications helped him create a fast-heating vaporizer using a compact halogen light as a heat source.[1][2]
