@MSGJ:, that is correct. The file was renamed because the dates were wrong. That flag came into effect on January 1st 1996, not in 1995. Fry1989 eh? 16:42, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Act to change the flag was passed in 1995, but through the recent research I have done, the flag did not come into effect until 1996. It is a simple error, but I understand the confusion. Fry1989 eh? 18:16, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
