For anyone looking for information on Peter, I know in the ECU Mt Lawley library there is an interview he did for a Dept. of Education schools newsletter from the 1970's. I don't know the exact name or year of the title, but it's in the 4th Floor teaching collection compactus on the east side (2nd or 3rd row from the right).
