Will Loki be added to the timeline

This is because Deadpool and wolverine is also there as it takes place at a point outside the sacred timeline so technically Loki show should also be there XTRM XPRT KILR (talk) 20:43, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deadpool & Wolverine is listed because, while it is set outside the Sacred Timeline, it is primarily set in a definitive year (2024), unlike Loki, which is primarily across different timelines. This is reflected in a footnote in the timeline graphic. Trailblazer101 (talk) 22:43, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Add "Loki", "What If...?", and other Tv. shows, such as "Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'" to the timeline part, as well as films from the X-Men film series, the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spider-Man films, as well as Sony's Venom films due to their many appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Same as the above, Loki and What If...? are set outside of the Sacred Timeline with no primary definitive year in which they take place. As for AoS, it has not been placed in the MCU timeline by Marvel Studios or Disney, unlike the Netflix series. The X-Men films and other Spider-Man films are also not relevant to the MCU timeline because they are not in that universe, just connected to it. Featured Article

I have been looking over this article for the past few months since major copyediting took place and I believe it has been rounded out into a very good space to where we can begin to discuss the next feat: nominating this for WP:Featured article. I know this would be a massive undertaking and that it ought to exemplify comprehensive work, and I believe there are only a few areas in this article that may need some more work (ie. the timeline for carrying over some citations and maybe the Reception and Other studios sections could use another c/e). I think with the most-recent coverage and developments of this franchise, it is only going to get longer and now seems fitting more than ever to tackle this endeavor, especially considering many of the sub-lists are FLs already. I'll have some time within the next couple of months to work on this before being more off-and-on, though I was wondering what others' thoughts are of us moving forward with this. If we were going to do that, I think we would want to review the Reception and Cultural Impact sections as probably being somewhat out-of-date. But if you are keen to give it a go and support the review process then I am happy to help out where I can. - adamstom97 (talk) 18:16, 29 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My only concern is that per Wikipedia:Featured article criteria this would fail point "e" its content does not change significantly from day to day, except in response to the featured article process, as this article history shows that it's edited weekly. DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE

In the Disney+ timeline DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE is placed after THE MARVELS but in this timeline it is placed after WANDA VISION.Why? 103.211.40.146 (talk) 06:58, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

We don't know why it is placed there on Disney+ but we do know that the majority of the film is explicitly set in 2024 so that is where it is placed on our timeline. - adamstom97 (talk) 08:42, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
