Is it correct to have his children listed, and his degree mentioned under the section entitled "Music", which appears to be more about his guitars?
Also, the reference to 'going home' from the movie 'local hero, takes readers to the Rolling Stones song. This needs to be tidied up.

My understanding is that when in Glasgow he attended Scotstoun Primary School close to where the family lived, not Bearsden Primary School. This is referred to here: [1]
Seems slightly odd to describe him as a Scottish musician in the opening line. He was of course born in Glasgow, but neither of his parents were Scottish, they moved as a family to NE England when he was young and throughout his formative years and he's lived in England ever since, he has a NE accent, several of his songs reference events and places in the NE.
