I agree. Thanks for finding the Blatz and Richardson sources. As for how the potentially-not-so-reliable sources got there, it was what I found with a quick internet search at the time. The author should note that Barack Obama's book is errantly entitled, Dreams of My Father in this article. The book is actually entitled, Dreams From My Father. Please correct this as such.
