citing the source material
This looks like it is basically just a word for word copy from cia factbook article on American Samoa. Even if the CIA factbook is in the public domain is this the best way to use it? (Is it in the public domain?)
Wouldn't it be better to include only new material, not on the CIA's article? And if an article is going to quote so extensively from another source, shouldn't that article cite the source?
I think copying text like this has a big weakness. If the original source updates their material, then the wikipedia article is out of synch, and may no longer be correct. It seems like a maintenance nightmare.
