– Wikipedia used to have just these two articles with similar names distinguished by the spelling theater/re. Thanks to a hatnote on each, that worked out just fine for readers. But this year another editor and I have published three new articles:
Adding more and more to the header of each article is no longer practical. While all five are prominent in their communities, none come close to being a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for an international readership of the encyclopedia. (Since most of these buildings have not been totally consistent with how they spell theatre/er, I suggest we create a single disambiguation page for both spellings like we do with Paramount Theater and Fox Theatre.) - RevelationDirect (talk) 20:55, 27 December 2024 (UTC)— Relisting. —usernamekiran (talk)04:15, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Support first. It's clear that there's no WP:primary topic for the 're' spelling. Neutral on second: A case could be made that the Deadwood saloon is the primary topic based on pageviews, but it's no so overwhelming that one dab page for both spellings might not be more beneficial as being less confusing, per nom.
