The current system does not allow for different page numbers, same work. Some of those works are monumental. I suggest going over to a system that does allow different page numbers, same work. I usually use harvnb. It requires a bottom bibliography section, which I usually call a reference bibliography, but some like additional reading. Of course the re-make would require you to find all those page numbers you avoided putting in. If you authorize it I can do some of this work. I managed to download Hansen's 1000-page work. I don't know if I have them all. You'd need to approve of such a changeover. If you aren't going to approve, forget it. I like the article, think it is good.
