Real quick, what are the punishments? If a 5 year old commits murder, what happens? Does the kid go to jail or anything? would the parents serve a severe sentence? Another scenario: I'm 9, almost turning 10. I'm going to try and steal as many things as I can because I'm not responsible for it. What's stopping me? Disregarding ethics, turning purely to logic, why would I obey the law? I'm just curious how this works. Maybe I'll do a little research and get back to this.
Is this sentence really necessary?
This seems really biased and doesn't contribute much to the article at all.
