The Second Harutyunyan government was the governing body of Artsakh between 21 May 2020 to 1 September 2023. Arayik Harutyunyan is the President, who was elected in 2020 general election was the head of state and head of government.
It was a minority government of Free Motherland - UCA Alliance with the support of the United Motherland party.[1][2][3]
Structure
The structure of the government of Artsakh consisted of twelve ministries and three other bodies.[4][5][6][7][8] Each ministry was responsible for elaborating and implementing governmental decisions in its respective sphere.[9]
