Sanshiro Murao (村尾 三四郎, Murao Sanshirō, born 28 August 2000) is a Japanese judoka.

Murao was born in New York City in 2000, but grew up in Japan.^[1] He attended Tokai University.^[2]

Murao won a medal at the 2019 World Judo Championships.^[3]

Murao won the gold medal in his event at the 2022 Judo Grand Slam Paris held in Paris, France.

Murao won the silver medal at the 2024 Paris Olympic games.^[4]
