Pavlodar (Kazakh: Павлодар ауданы, Pavlodar audany) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the city of Pavlodar.[3] Population: 28,638 (2013 estimate);[2] 28,855 (2009 Census results);[4] 32,302 (1999 Census results).[4]
Geography
Lakes Koryakovka, Bylkyldak and the western part of lake Maraldy are located in the district.[5]
